Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the practical interpretation and application of relevant legislation, Codes of Practice, industry standards, and internal guidelines across diverse working environments.
  • Lead the management of rehabilitation and workers compensation matters to support employees in achieving sustainable return to work outcomes.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver rehabilitation and safety documentation, including policies and procedures, in alignment with organisational needs.
  • Design and lead process and system enhancements on issues such as psychosocial hazards and psychological wellbeing.
  • Prepare expert advice, briefing materials, and data reports for relevant Committees and executives.

Requirements

  • Results-driven professional with strong expertise in wellbeing, rehabilitation, and safety across diverse workplaces.
  • Excellent research, consultation, and analytical skills, enabling you to drive business improvements and ensure compliance with rehabilitation programs and WHS management systems.
  • Proficient in producing complex written materials, including briefs and governance documentation.
  • Able to work autonomously, managing change and uncertainty while demonstrating leadership that enhances team capability and promotes organisational goals.
