Our nursery is a thriving business that specializes in the cultivation of native and exotic plants. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a nursery assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching stock and preparing orders for collection or delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly
- Contributing to the overall success of the nursery by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Participating in the maintenance and upkeep of the nursery, including weeding and pruning
Requirements:
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
