Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights and reporting on category performance">
  • Collaborate with Search, Online Range, and Marketplace teams to align strategy and execution">
  • Support campaign planning and promotional activity with data-driven recommendations">
  • Identify and address online feedback and operational challenges to improve customer experience">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail strategy">
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset">
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams">
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment">
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and JIRA (preferred)">
