About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our online trading efforts, leveraging their expertise in e-commerce, sales development, and analytical skills to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute trade planning strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance category profitability and basket economics.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to inform merchandising decisions, optimize stock allocations, and ensure effective online inventory levels.
- Work closely with Merchandise, Tech, and Online teams to bring campaigns to life and implement low-effort, high-impact enhancements, staying attuned to domestic and global market trends.
- Partner with Marketing and Design teams to create compelling online experiences across landing pages and custom trade activations.
- Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to exceed expectations.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a Merchandise, E-commerce or Commercial Retail Category role.
- Strong understanding of and experience within retail business, in particular the merchandise and commercial retail environment.
