Educational Content Developer - Video Specialist

\About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Content Developer to join our team and create engaging video education products that align with our organisation's strategic objectives.

\Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality educational videos for online courses and products, utilising a range of assets including interviews, screen recordings, stock footage, imagery, animation, and AI tools.
  • Support the end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, script preparation, editing, and publishing, leveraging technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure all videos adhere to adult learning principles and meet quality, branding, and accessibility standards.
\Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in video production for learning purposes, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere Pro and Audition.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-based video platforms and animation tools like Synthesia and Vyond.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theory, with ability to apply them to video design.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects, managing timelines and meeting delivery expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and project management skills, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
