We're seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at WorkFocus, a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation services.
About the Role:- As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals return to work safely and successfully.
- You will work closely with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop effective solutions.
- Key responsibilities include undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments, identifying RTW barriers, liaising with stakeholders, designing and implementing programs to support injured employees, and monitoring progress.
- Australian recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in occupational therapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic, or physiotherapy are essential.
- You must be willing to travel, possess a current vehicle, and hold a driver's license.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, determination to provide high-level customer service, and a keen sense of punctuality and time management are all necessary qualities.
