Customer Experience Manager

As a passionate customer experience expert, you will contribute to our team's success by delivering exceptional service experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Assist in driving sales growth, profitability, and productivity by achieving key performance indicators.
  • Support the Concession Manager in ensuring the team understands business objectives with a focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and strong personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
