Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill this role at our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and fostering a welcoming environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks to the team in a timely manner.
  • Plan and manage a rotating menu to keep things fresh and exciting.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or cafe operations is essential.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is mandatory.
  • The ability to plan and execute a variety of meals for a diverse group of individuals is crucial.
  • Barista experience is preferred but not necessary.
