Home Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in aged care, AHPRA registration, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client outcomes.
This role requires extensive travel to clients' homes, where the successful candidate will conduct clinical supervisions, perform comprehensive documentation & assessments, wound management and catheter care.
- Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians
- Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aged care
- AHPRA Registration
- Australian National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Queensland Driver License
- Moderate level of computer literacy
