About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Team Member to join our Nunawading Warehouse team. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Work collaboratively with the cafe team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
