Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

This key leadership role supports the growth initiatives of a leading not-for-profit organisation.

With full board support, the CEO will lead and manage high-quality aged care services, ensuring residents receive excellent quality care.

The CEO will leverage business acumen and experience growing a business, as well as navigating faith-based organisational dynamics.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Implementing board strategies and objectives to achieve operational excellence.
  • Contributing to strategic development, building relationships within the community, and representing the organisation.
  • Building a united management team, maintaining financial sustainability, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Desired skills and qualifications include:

  • Relevant post-graduate qualifications in health, business, or management.
  • Experience leading staff and resources in a Not-For-Profit Organisation.
  • Extensive experience leading a highly motivated management team and fostering a positive organisational culture.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
