The role of a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist is to diagnose and treat disorders affecting the pelvic floor muscles, including incontinence, prolapse, and chronic pain. As a specialist in this field, you will work with patients to identify the underlying causes of their symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their quality of life.

About the Job

This position involves providing continence and pelvic health physiotherapy services to patients with pregnancy, postnatal, gynaecological, and men's health issues. You will have the opportunity to educate pregnant clients on labour preparation and delivery techniques, and provide hydrotherapy classes for pregnant and postnatal women.

Requirements

  • Professional general registration with AHPRA
