Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage contractor onboarding, contract administration, and lifecycle
  • Process payroll, invoices, and follow up on receivables using automated tools
  • Client reporting, including weekly margin reports and accounts receivable
  • Process mapping, testing, and improvement initiatives
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding receivables

  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Able to learn and be involved in projects with eagerness and enthusiasm
  • Experience in awards and payroll is highly regarded
  • Ability to follow up and complete challenging projects on time
  • Familiarity with Excel, commercial accounting software, and accounting concepts
  • Recruitment industry background is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail within strict deadlines
