About the Role

As a key member of our team at Chandler Macleod, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, processing payments, and handling enquiries with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to verbal, written, and email enquiries from the public.
  • Accurately process all face-to-face, online, and phone bookings, transactions, payments, and refunds.
  • Reconcile daily takings, process, and generate daily computerised banking reports.
  • Operate the call centre when required.
  • Advise cleaners of vacated villas, cabins, and ensuite sites that require cleaning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or reservations role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector.
  • Proficiency with reservation and booking management software.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in processing payments, balancing daily takings, and handling banking reports.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and bookings via phone, email, and face-to-face.
