Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team and play a key role in overseeing our growing operations. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and global standards and protecting the well-being of employees.

  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Verify that emergency response plans are in place and effective for each site.
  • Ensure all legal and internal reporting requirements related to H&S are met, including documentation and filing.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote a health and safety culture by conducting training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Raise awareness of H&S practices, leveraging internal resources to educate and coach staff.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, with professional certifications in H&S management.
  • Proven experience in Health & Safety management, particularly in FMCG, with expertise in production, commercial, and regional safety.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in health and safety.
