This role involves ensuring safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) compliance across Ventia's operations. The company's facilities management solutions enable clients to focus on their core business while delivering essential services, including building and open space maintenance, asset management, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage SHEQ Management Plans to ensure compliance with legislation and safety standards.
  • Lead safety incident investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support risk management through assessments, registers, and compliance with Critical Risk Protocols.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to SHEQ policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee rehabilitation, Return to Work planning, and general risk management strategies.
  • Deliver SHEQ training, onboarding, and subcontractor compliance oversight to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor SHEQ performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with operations to address non-conformance and implement corrective actions to maintain a high level of SHEQ performance.
