We are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our Antimicrobial Stewardship Program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the program and associated clinical duties.
- This includes staying up-to-date with the latest antimicrobial stewardship practices and research.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective antimicrobial stewardship strategies;
- Collaborating with clinicians to optimize antibiotic use;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program performance.
