We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the dispatch of customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Forklift license and experience
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and RF scanning technology
  • Able to work in a freezer environment with minimal supervision
  • Flexible availability and ability to work as part of a small team

The role involves:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Picking and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time
  • Maintaining accurate and timely recordkeeping and paperwork
  • Ensuring inventory is up to date and accurate in the computer system
  • Managing stock in the freezer and ensuring adequate space for production
  • Liaising with transport companies and managing con notes and PODs
  • Conducting weekly freezer stock takes and investigating discrepancies
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
