The Court Assessment and Prosecutions Service Officer role is a crucial part of the justice system, providing expert advice and recommendations to the courts. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to manage individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver human services in needs assessment and development of interventions
- Offer evidence-based advice and recommendations to the court that maximise offender responsiveness interventions
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including court officials and community members
Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge of court processes, prosecutions or related areas
- A relevant qualification in social work, law, human services, criminal justice or criminology
