We seek an analytical and problem-solving Solution Engineer who will develop and implement customized PV racking solutions for large-scale utility projects while adhering to industry standards and local regulations.

The successful candidate will provide innovative and cost-effective solutions, contribute to winning new projects, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

  • Evaluate project needs, goals, and timelines with customers.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and tailored solutions.
  • Design and engineer customized PV racking solutions.
  • Provide technical support, solution design, and project quotations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections during installations to verify correct installation and adherence to design plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest solar industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering; an MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Solar PV Projects, PV EPC companies, or independent engineering firms reviewing Solar PV Project related mechanical structures.
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing technical solutions for large-scale projects, including project management and customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Solution Design & engineering principles, and project management tools.
