We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in South Australia. As a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in equity and capability building for our clients.

As a Support Worker, your job will be to assist people with disabilities to live independently and enjoy the same lifestyle as anyone else. This might involve helping them with daily tasks, visit a doctor, or pursue their interests.

Bonus points if you have mechanical or handyman skills - we have a client restoring a van that needs someone who can understand what they're doing.

Our ideal candidate has enthusiasm for helping others, is cool under pressure, and is almost obsessed with being reliable and punctual. You should be able to communicate with anyone, be willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done, and not just stand by.

For our younger clients, we need people who can relate to them and talk about things they enjoy, such as video games, sports, or TV shows. They face school issues and other challenges common to young people.
