**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our Attendant Care Project. This project aims to establish a Panel Model of Attendant Care providers, ensuring clients have access to high-quality attendant care services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality requirements. They will also provide strategic advice and reporting on complex issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement effective project plans, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Demonstrated Program Management Skills: Manage interdependencies with other programs of work, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Proven Project Management Experience: Lead business transformation projects, with PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
