We are seeking experienced and passionate Domestic Support Workers to provide support to clients in their own homes.
About the role:
- Support clients with domestic tasks such as laundry, ironing, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor.
- Casual hours available, offering flexible working arrangements.
- Work independently, travelling from home to home, following a predetermined schedule and care plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining client independence by supporting them with domestic tasks.
- Providing social support in the community, enhancing participation in daily life.
- Following a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app.
Requirements:
- 3-6 months experience in domestic/industrial cleaning.
- A valid driver's license and unrestricted access to a registered vehicle, appropriately insured and in good condition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Benefits:
- $40.92 per hour + superannuation.
- Travel allowance of $1.03 per kilometer.
- Use of a mobile phone for work purposes.
