**Job Title:** Rehabilitation Consultant

 

**Job Summary:**

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with physical injuries return to work and improve their overall well-being. You will assess the needs of your clients and provide effective solutions that support their recovery and function.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Use award-winning psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic and psychosocial support to achieve great outcomes

• Conduct functional capacity evaluations

• Assess client needs through initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living

• Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve recovery at work

• Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

**Requirements:**

• Current unrestricted general registration with AHPRA

• Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes

• Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans

• Clinical experience in conducting assessments

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
