Job Title: Oncology Territory Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with healthcare professionals in VIC West and provide access to oncology solutions, minimizing the risk of drug exposure for medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets for infusion therapy and vascular access products by delivering exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and implement a territory plan to maximize sales opportunities and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their practices and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in clinical areas of oncology through comprehensive knowledge of treatment regimes and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM database of all accounts to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in medical device sales or clinical education, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of oncology treatment regimes and experience working with sites of treatment.
  • Strong business acumen skills, including the ability to interpret and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
