Are you a finance professional seeking a challenging opportunity? We have an exciting part-time role available for an experienced accountant to support our financial operations and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

About the Role

· Part-time position with 0.6 FTE, working 3 days a week - 22.5 hours

Key Responsibilities

· Process payroll, leave, and superannuation payments efficiently and accurately.

· Assist with HR/payroll employment contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

· Manage debt collection processes and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Reconcile accounts and balance sheets on a monthly basis.

· Support statutory submissions, including BAS, FBT, ACNC, census, and other regulatory requirements.

· Prepare for external audits and annual financial statements.

· Maintain accurate financial data and assist with TASS system integration.

· Handle insurance claims and related enquiries.

Requirements

Qualifications in accounting or finance; experience in a similar role preferred.

Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and employee benefits.

Experience in debt collection processes.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/payroll systems.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

A team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to innovate.
