This position is accountable for managing the team to unload, inspect, document, and receipt all incoming materials, ensuring they are transferred promptly and safely to locations in the warehouse for FMC and entered via SAP system. You will also oversee the team to complete movements from production areas to locations in the warehouse for FMC, ensuring all deliveries and dispatches are entered and managed into the EWM SAP system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively coordinate, oversee, and manage the team to unload, inspect, document, and receipt all incoming materials.
  • Ensure all deliveries and dispatches are entered and managed into the EWM SAP system.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure all goods are inspected, checked, and have the necessary dangerous goods and GHS documentation and labeling.
  • Support and control the processes to conduct cycle counts of all locations on site and stock-takes of warehouse inventory, with a target goal of 98% inventory accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate and problem-solve with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Preferable Diploma or Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Min 5 years of demonstrated warehouse and logistics experience.
  • Must have previous knowledge and skills to manage and run SAP (preferably SAP 4 Hana).
  • Strong problem-solving skill, be able to identify and recommend alternative solutions to deliver the outcome.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proactive and transparent communication style.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
