We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at the Wyong site. As a key member of our logistics and distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our warehousing and distribution facilities operate efficiently and safely, meeting all relevant company and legislative standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution, with experience in managing and coordinating national and international distribution. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to identify and recommend alternative solutions to deliver the outcome, and have strong networking skills.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the team to unload, inspect, document, and receipt all incoming materials, ensuring they are transferred promptly and safely to locations in the warehouse.
  • Ensuring that all deliveries and dispatches are entered and managed into the EWM SAP system.
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure that all goods are inspected, checked, and have the necessary dangerous goods and GHS documentation and labeling.
  • Supporting and controlling the processes to conduct cycle counts of all locations on site and stock-takes of warehouse inventory, with a target goal of 98% inventory accuracy.
  • Effectively communicating and problem-solving with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated warehouse and logistics experience. They will also have strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word to maintain reports.
