Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to NDIS participants living in the Central Coast and Tuggerah area.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes for our participants.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in their local community.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
