Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test flight hardware using precision-calibrated tools
  • Perform heavy rigging operations for large assemblies
  • Operate personnel platforms (boom lifts, scissor lifts, etc.)
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Collaborate with production engineers to develop integration processes

Basics Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in propulsion, mechanical, automotive, electrical, or avionics hardware installation or completion of a trades program

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • FAA Airframe and PowerPlant license
  • Experience in aerospace industry, aviation, military, or other high-reliability operating environments
  • Familiarity with pressure, temperature, and flow measurement devices, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and manipulate machinery with manual dexterity
