Job Title: Administration Officer

The role of an Administration Officer involves providing administrative support and customer service in a busy healthcare setting. Key responsibilities include processing area timesheets, completing reports for verification and checking, running necessary reports, mail collection and distribution, debtor queries, and maintaining client and employee databases.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Staff will work closely with clients and their families to deliver exemplary customer service.
