Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to spearhead the management of our business risk matrix and drive compliance integration within our strategy.
This is a newly created full-time position in our Byron Bay HQ where you will be responsible for leading critical compliance domains, driving continuous improvement, and influencing positive change.
As a key member of our team, you will own the outcome of important customer issues and take charge of compliance in Workers Compensation and OH+S, ensuring a safe workplace for all.
You will work closely with our Managing Directors to ensure compliance structures support and drive the company strategy, tackling real-world compliance challenges and delivering tangible solutions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Law, Commerce, or a related field
- A Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management (10131NAT), or a Diploma of Quality Auditing (BSB51615)
- At least five years' experience in a compliance-focused role, demonstrating success in integrating compliance with business strategy
