Role Overview

The Print Sales Expert plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Konica Minolta’s Industrial Print solutions. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling to identify customer needs, design tailored print solutions and deliver compelling value propositions. The expert collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and production environments.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with prospective and existing customers to uncover industrial print opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic account plans within targeted verticals
  • Design and present tailored industrial print solutions that align with customer workflows and production requirements
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to business, technical, and executive audiences
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with detailed solution-oriented proposals
  • Liaise with marketing to develop solution offerings and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in solution consulting or technical sales within the industrial print industry
  • Strong understanding of production print environments, including prepress, colour management, and finishing workflows
  • Knowledge of workflow automation, variable data printing, and digital front-end systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
