Physiotherapist Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Physiotherapists to join our graduate program, supporting participants with disability and striving for continuous improvement.

About the Role
  • Develop clinical expertise in assessing and designing impactful therapy sessions to improve balance, range of movement, posture and muscle strength.
  • Provide support through hydrotherapy sessions or complete respiratory assessments and treatments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Induction and Training
  • Full week of graduate-specific induction sessions covering community practice and life at our organisation.
  • Support from colleagues, including a buddy from the previous graduate cohort.
  • 1:1 supervision with a discipline-specific supervisor for clinical guidance and transition into full-time work.
  • 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling.
  • 4 full days of paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Laptop, phone and ready-to-use therapy and assessment resources at all sites.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
