Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Physiotherapists to join our Graduate Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement impactful therapy sessions to improve balance, range of movement, posture and muscle strength.
  • Provide support through hydrotherapy sessions or complete respiratory assessments and treatments.
  • Conduct postural assessments and trial assistive technologies such as standing frames and manual wheelchairs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
About the Graduate Program

Our program is clinician-led and strives to create a workplace where clinicians are trusted and supported. Our community is built by clinicians, for clinicians.

Induction, Training and Support
  • Full week of graduate-specific induction sessions covering community practice and life at Better Rehab.
  • Support from colleagues, including a buddy from the previous graduate cohort.
  • 1:1 supervision with a discipline-specific supervisor for clinical guidance and transition into full-time work.
  • 6 months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling.
  • 4 full days of paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Laptop, phone and ready-to-use therapy and assessment resources at all sites.
