Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated academic advisor to join our institution. As a key member of the student support team, you will be responsible for providing front-facing student support across the entire academic lifecycle.

Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive student case management, ensuring students receive proactive and timely advice and support throughout their educational journey. This includes:

  • Providing cohort/discipline-specific support and engagement
  • Offering degree pathway advice and on-boarding services
  • Delivering program/course advice, student counselling, and consultation
  • Developing and implementing retention/engagement activities
  • Ensuring smooth graduation completions

As an Academic Advisor, you will work collaboratively with student representatives, academic staff, and other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional student experience. Your expertise in interpretation, application, and customization of complex rules and policies will be invaluable in this role.

  • Actively contributing to high-performing teams

  • Providing front-facing student advice in tertiary education environments
  • Communicating professionally and responding effectively to student needs
