Key Holder - Stockroom

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Key Holder - Stockroom.

  • As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in achieving sales growth through delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of store standards.
  • You will be responsible for leading the team, providing coaching and support, and driving results-oriented sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience within a retail leadership or key holder role;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
