Seed is currently recruiting for an experienced Stockroom Manager to maintain and manage the stock reserves of our Canberra DFO Store.

This role will support the Store Manager to drive sales and performance in order to meet all the key KPIs.

Position: x1 Fixed Term Contract until February 2025

The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong organisational skills to ensure the stockroom is well organized and accessible, maximizing sales on the shop floor.
  • Implement systems to control revenue loss due to theft, administration errors, and waste, including reserves for refill.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store rosters to meet wage targets and plan for trade fluctuations.
  • Manage stock effectively to reduce loss through administration and theft controls.
  • Prepare and process paperwork for stock deliveries.
  • Conduct daily replenishments of floor stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide customer service support as needed.
