Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant Trainee.

This comprehensive traineeship program provides an excellent opportunity to kickstart your journey in the world of dental healthcare while making a positive impact on our community.

  • Duration: Our program spans 12 months, during which you will receive hands-on training and valuable industry insights.
  • Paid Learning: You will receive a competitive salary throughout the program.
Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with Dentists, Hygienists and experienced Dental Assistants, developing essential skills in instrument sterilization, maintaining a clean and healthy clinical environment and preparing rooms for treatment.
  • You will also have responsibilities in patient care management such as greeting and meeting patients, making follow up appointments and entering patient details into records.
About the Role
  • Theoretical Knowledge: You will attend classroom sessions to expand your knowledge of dental healthcare, provided through TAFE. Course fees are fully covered by us.
  • Certification: Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a recognized certification enhancing employability in the dental field.

  • We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, initiative and the ability to think ahead to provide seamless support to our Dental teams.
  • Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to quickly build rapport with patients, highly developed skills in time management, attention to detail and prioritization, desire to learn and passion in the healthcare industry, ability to work in a structured and team environment.
