This is a role for a seasoned safety expert to work on a solar farm project in Queensland, Australia.

The position involves regular travel between sites and will be based on a 2/1 roster tailored to project requirements. As a WHSE Advisor you will play a vital part in maintaining top safety standards and ensuring compliance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Collaborate with corporate and project WHSE managers to identify system gaps and implement solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews to mitigate potential hazards.
- Advocate for behavioral safety practices and innovative approaches to minimize risks.
- Manage on-site WHSE documentation, investigate incidents, and analyze data to address trends and issues.
- Support other WHSE Advisors and foster a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Engage with employees and contractors to promote Monford's safety programs and ensure safe project delivery.

Requirements:

You are a talented professional who:
- Holds a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (5 years plus).
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of WHSE legislation and regulations.
- Demonstrates a proactive, self-motivated attitude with a track record of organizational safety and business transformation.
- Is adaptable to new technologies and able to work towards a paperless environment.
