About the Role

This position involves providing casework support to individuals and families across various Red Cross Community Program Portfolios. You will work closely with clients to understand their strengths and needs, develop tailored plans to address these, and collaborate with other agencies to ensure effective support.

The Homelessness Services Hub focuses on addressing homelessness in the Townsville area through planned, time-limited, and solution-focused support. Our team works collaboratively with specialist and mainstream services to make a meaningful impact on this critical issue.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify client strengths and needs, and develop strategies to address these through tailored case plans.
  2. Collaborate with other agencies to source support for clients, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and updates of client progress, making adjustments to case plans as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to Red Cross policies and procedures.
