Our valued client in the Meadows area is seeking experienced labourers for a physically demanding role.

The position requires working within a team environment, undertaking heavy repetitive work outdoors from 6am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Physical fitness and ability to read tape measures are essential skills for this job.

To be considered, applicants must have recent experience in heavy labouring or production roles, hold a valid licence, and possess their own transport. They should also be willing to clean up the site during the second half of their shift and demonstrate good teamwork abilities.

A pre-employment physical assessment will be conducted as part of the selection process. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

This role offers an opportunity to earn a weekly bonus in addition to your salary. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that involves manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A valid driving licence is required for this role as applicants will need to transport themselves to and from work sites.
