Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled roofer to join our Construction team located at Mount Gambier, SA. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance work, mainly roofing, and labouring duties to assist with property maintenance and construction of new facilities.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on warehouses and commercial buildings
- Conducting inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify any necessary repairs
- Using a variety of tools and equipment to complete roofing projects safely and efficiently
- Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on roofs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience and sound knowledge as a roofer
- White Card
- EWP
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials
- A valid driver's license is preferred
