Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising cleaning staff, coordinating cleaning schedules and assignments to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Coordination: Direct and supervise cleaning staff, coordinate cleaning schedules and assignments to meet client requirements.
  • Hands-On Management: Lead by example with hands-on involvement in cleaning tasks as necessary, fill in for cleaning operators during their absence.
  • Communication Skills: Maintain open and effective communication with cleaning staff, addressing concerns and providing feedback.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceeded, implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to new cleaning staff, offer ongoing guidance and support for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Ability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
