About our school:

We are a co-educational institution offering Christian education to students from preschool to Year 12.

About the role:

This position requires a qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our Secondary School team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues to create an enriching learning environment, marked by excellence in assessment, evaluation, and prioritising student wellbeing and discipline.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Christian of Reformed/Evangelical persuasion who is an active member of a Reformed/Evangelical church.
  • Subscribes whole-heartedly to our Educational Creed.
  • Possesses NESA Teacher's Accreditation.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Ability to teach Stages 4-6 Mathematics.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging students in meaningful learning experiences.
  • Passion for Christian Education.
  • Confident use of technology in the classroom.
  • Curious and tenacious learner with a passion for motivating students.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching Stage 4-6 Mathematics.
  • Ability to teach Advanced and Extension Maths in Stage 6.
  • Integrated understanding of the interaction between faith and teaching.
  • Experience working in an educational setting.
