About the Role:
">As an Automotive Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to trade and retail customers. You will use your knowledge and expertise to build strong relationships with customers and help them find solutions to their automotive needs.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers on automotive products.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive products and technologies to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring a high level of service is maintained across all interactions.
Requirements:
">- Demonstrate a strong understanding of automotive products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Familiarity with computer programs and systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license (manual preferred) and flexibility to work variable hours.
