Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane City, Queensland. The successful candidate will be part of a highly respected Australian law firm known for its collaborative culture and strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale project disputes and high-value litigation
  • Work on arbitrations, expert determinations, and Security of Payment claims (including adjudications)
  • Advise on contract risk management for major projects
  • Handle the day-to-day conduct of matters for public and private sector clients, including project owners, contractors, and engineering firms
  • Contribute to a welcoming, collaborative team environment designed for productivity and growth
Required Qualifications
  • Construction Lawyer with 3+ years' experience
  • Ideal candidate from a specialist, top-tier, or respected mid-tier firm with a proven track record in construction or project matters
