Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure each servery and dining area is set up to meet our high standards before each meal period.
  • Prepare trolleys for tea breaks and supper, always maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organisation of areas where food is prepared and served.
  • Assist with meal preparation when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Monitor and record requirements of our Food Safety Plan to ensure we maintain the highest standards.
