Assistant Store Leadership Role

About this role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, striving to achieve set targets, upholding store standards, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead a team of sales staff, provide guidance and support to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • To maintain store visual merchandising standards, drive sales through effective merchandising strategies, and maximise the use of available space.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Skills:
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
