We are seeking a visionary Store Leader to spearhead our Rockingham store's success. This role entails driving sales growth, enhancing customer engagement, and mentoring staff to reach their full potential. Collaborating with your Area Manager, you will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to elevate your store and team in a high-visibility setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing store operations to achieve sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Motivating staff to excel in KPIs and added value targets across stores
  • Closely monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets, acknowledging outstanding results, and identifying missed opportunities
  • Effectively managing wage costs, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans
  • Efficiently managing Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and adhering to state and national legislation

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least one year of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude
  • A passion for leading and inspiring teams
  • The ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities, with a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising, and effective roster management and wage control
